For my health coaching clients, I create a personalized roadmap to health. I use an overall view of your life, along with diet, food sensitivities and food preferences, to make the best plan for you. I also consider such factors as work, relationship, sleep, stress, environment, family history, physical health and lifestyle when coaching someone on how to create their personal health journey.

Why I Became A Health Coach
When I found out that I had food sensitivities, I was overwhelmed. I knew that in order to start feeling better, I had to change my diet. But the scary part was, that I didn’t know how to do that. I didn’t know what I could eat, I didn’t know what foods to buy at the grocery store and I didn’t think I would be able to go out to restaurants or enjoy barbecues and social events anymore. In a nutshell, I didn’t think I could live a normal life.

Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed too. Maybe you have the same questions about what to eat and how to live a normal life with food sensitivities. Well let me tell you that it is possible, and I have the tools and resources to get you there! Imagine feeling better AND still leading a normal life with a variety of options of what to eat, no matter if you are at home, a restaurant or a social gathering. It’s possible!

I believe that in order to make a successful lifestyle change and see lasting results, you must take a whole food and whole body approach to healthy living. Does this mean in order to live a healthy lifestyle, you must completely give up sweets, salt and other treats? Absolutely not, I love my sweets just as much as the next person! Does this mean spending hours at the gym to work off those extra pounds? No way! It’s about balance, and that balance looks different for each person. Just because something works for your spouse, sister or friend, doesn’t necessarily mean it will work for you and your health goals. This is why I take an individualized approach with each person I work with.

With my guidance, I will help you design a meal and lifestyle plan that is specific to your dietary needs, preferences and interests. The only way a healthy lifestyle can be achieved, is if the plan you are following is realistic, attainable, and tailored to your specific needs.
