1:1 sessions are fully customizable sessions, that are based around your personal health goals. Each 1:1 package comes with a free initial 30 minute, deep-dive phone call where we get to the bottom of your health issues and what you are looking to achieve with Health Coaching. After the initial 30 minute deep-dive call, for your remaining sessions, you and I will work together to get to the root of your health issues, discuss the topics you want to cover and develop the best plan of success for you and your busy lifestyle.

In later sessions will take an in-depth look at your eating habits, cravings, self-sabotage behaviors, fitness level, motivation, self-esteem as well as many other factors, to figure out what is going to work best for you. Each person has different goals and we will work to find your individualized approach to getting healthier and creating a long-term healthy lifestyle. The goal of 1:1 sessions are to learn what way of eating works best for your body, increase your energy level, find potential foods that you may be sensitive to and drop unwanted pounds.
Healthy lifestyles are made over time, not overnight
Based on which package you purchase, you are able to schedule your appointments when it is convenient for you whether that be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions. These sessions can take place online via Skype, over the phone or in-person (dependent on location), and you also have unlimited email access to me during your package. These sessions go at the pace you set. We can jump in on session one, or we can ease into it, whatever approach you feel will work best for you. All sessions must be redeemed by the one year mark of the purchase date.
