Food Sensitivities

Being diagnosed with food sensitivities and allergies can seem like the end of the world. Whether you have gluten, dairy, grain, egg, nut, fish, shellfish, or another sensitivity or allergy, it can be intimidating navigating a new way of eating on your own. Trust me, I’ve been there! I have sensitivities to gluten, dairy, most grains, preservatives, high fructose corn syrup and food dyes, so I completely understand how you are feeling, your frustrations, and your anxiety about changing up your diet. I had to pave my own way in finding new foods to eat. Which gluten free breads tasted good and which ones tasted like cardboard. I had to experiment with all types of sauces and seasonings, to see where hidden allergens were used as additives. I went through the trial and error of which restaurants I could and couldn’t eat at, and how to order something other than a salad. I have been in your shoes and I’ve done all the leg work on what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to food sensitivities and allergies.
