I have sensitivities to gluten, dairy, most grains, preservatives, high fructose corn syrup and food dyes, so I completely understand how you are feeling, your frustrations, and your anxiety about changing up your diet. I had to pave my own way in finding new foods to eat. Which gluten free breads tasted good and which ones tasted like cardboard. I had to experiment with all types of sauces and seasonings, to see where hidden allergens were used as additives. I went through the trial and error of which restaurants I could and couldn’t eat at, and how to order something other than a salad. I have been in your shoes and I’ve done all the leg work on what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to food sensitivities and allergies.
